<p>Richard Renk (far left) and Richard Heins (far right), Wisconsin  Rural Opportunities Foundation, Inc. board members, presented $12,500  loans to each of five UW-Madison Veterinary students this fall.</p>
<p>The program was created to encourage and reward students who plan to pursue large animal practices in Wisconsin.</p>
<p>The 2009 recipients are from left to right: Neil Ruppel, Arlington;  Dustin Lochner, Lodi; Christine Kohlman, Prairie du Sac; and Tiffany  Paulus, Fredonia. Missing from the photo is Tod Brancel, Portage.</p>
